About Our Food
The kitchen provides high quality, sustainable and nutritious vegetarian cuisine. We only use organic whole grains and exclude artificial additives. The food is low in salt, sugar and saturated fat. Health benefits include plenty of fibre, a high vitamin and mineral content, polyunsaturated oils and a mix of veggie protein. Our chef comes from a nutrition based background and incorporates this into his cooking. All the main dishes are originals with multi-cultural inspiration...
